Fastaccess removal
I have an ispiron 11 3000 series and I want to get rid of the fastaccess software that it came with. I am tired of getting prompts from it and I dont like every time I open my laptop to sign in there is an option for fast access. I went to control panel and it wouldnt let me uninstall it, instead of having a uninstall/change option its just change and when I click on it then it opens up with the intstall wizard to install, not uninstall. When I go through the program and check the I do not want to use fastaccess option nothing happens! I dont want this anymore and can someone please help me remove it from my computer?

I have the same issue. the way i found removes it, but for some reason it keeps reinstalling.
1.control panel (add/remove) or in the start screen find the icon for it and right click to open the task bar and click uninstall.
2 click remove (it opens an install wizard.)
3 click the remove function it the window.
4 follow on screen instructions.
it then prompts you to restart the computer so that the changes can take effect. After stating and shutting down my computer a few time the dell delivery pops up and reinstall the Fast Access software. i have been looking for a fix and have not found one as of yet.

Me too. I have uninstalled at least twice and it popped up again as a new program. What's the deal? I have even contacted their Support folks and got the same instructions for removing the software.
