Open the Inbox the go to Tools|Organize|Junk Email. Click the "Click here" link and on the dialog that opens click "Edit Junk Senders." You should be able to delete your sister's name there.
Denny, following the path you outlined brought me to a very small window through which you can read the at least enough characters to recognize the id of the listed names. My sisters name is Margaret Fleming. In the listing you can scroll through there is no listing for a Margaret Flemiing@... or a Fleming

Denny, I thought of a possibility just as I pushed the Send button......Are these lists kept in a file that can be accessed and edited outside program>

To add to a recent post, simply click on it, pick Message Options, then Edit.
The list should be quite readable as is. Check that your sister's domain isn't on the list, or some other derivation that would qualify.
