Help Me get DMX Please.

Hi, i just brought a Dimension 9100 (6 days ago) that included only 2 Cds, Windows XP and Drivers and Utilities.

I did chat with 3 Dell representatives, the first 2 did not help as they told me DELL was having issues with comunicacion and they were not able to pull out my information.

The third Representative told me that he was from Home and home office and that i have to go to Small business.

 

Is there any way somebody can help me to check if they can send me the DMX CD please?
