How do I redownload Microsoft Office 2013?

Recently after doing a refresh of my PC, I noticed that my computer no longer has Microsoft Office installed. I need it for school (No, I can't use the school to download it) and I have no idea why it was deleted. I was thinking the computer reset would've kept office but apparently I was wrong. I have no idea where or even if I have the activation key paper. Is there anyway of getting it back without having to all-out having to rebuy it? The My Dell Download page doesn't work at all, it simply gets stuck on the EULA/Register your product page. A system restore is the last thing I would want to do. But even if I do that, I upgraded to the free version (the forced upgrade thing) of Windows 10, and don't know how I can see the code for that. Because I need Windows 10. Any help?

P.S. My computer is a Dell Inspiron 3847, which came with Windows 8.1.

StaticCode,

Unfortunately, you will need to have the MPI card that was shipped with the computer in order to download office 2013.

Click the link below for information.

How do I reinstall Microsoft Office 2013 (Click to Run) and How to obtain Office 2013 media?

You may sign in to office.com/myaccount using the subscribed email address and check if it displays the Office in the account page.

If it displays the account information you may download Office subscription from my account page.

If you have purchased a perpetual license you may download Office 2013 using the link below, reinstall Office 2013 and check if Office applications work fine:

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you.
