I can't remove Dell DataSafe Local Backup !
When I try to uninstall Dell DataSafe local backup , i have this error "Error RPSetup - 1073741819"
Can anyone help me ? Thanks ...

I uninstalled it with "Revo Uninstaller"

Have you tried booting the system into safe mode and removing it that way?
