I need to contact upper management, how?
I'm about to say I need to contact the company's manager because I'm tired of some dell staff I called more than 10 times and I wish i don't need to call again they just wasted my time.

Post your model computer, operating system and the problem here in the forums. Other users here will try to assist. Dell Support calls are only for computers with hardware problems still under one year warranty. If you are still under one yr warranty and have a hardware failure, try using the Dell Support web site instead of calling. Software problems should be posted here in the forums. US support--
