Inspiron 7577, DMC, not supported

Hello, i purchased a Dell Inspiron 7577 laptop directly from Dell in april 2018. I'd like to use the Dell Mobile Connect app but, when I try to get it from Microsoft Store, it says "Device not supported". My device is listed to be compatible and has been purchased after January 2018. Already tried to update Mobile Connect drivers (my laptop is in its compatibility list, too)  but still doesn't work. Do i need a code to redeem the app? Where can i find it?
