IF you are the original owner, you can call Dell and prove ownership to get a replacement key. From Office 2002 forward, that isn't possible, but for Office 97 and 2000 it is.

Hi Benhill,   Incase you still do not have cd key, contact MS at  800 936 5700, Option 0. Make sure you have the Discs that Dell shipped you for worksuite.   Cheers, Maddy.
