Media Suite 12" Disc
Media Suite 12" Disc That Came With Dell External DW316 Not Installing
The first thing I did after I got my DW316 from Best Buy was try to install the "CyberLink Media Suite 12" that came with the external disc drive. Upon trying to run "Setup.exe" I am told that an admin has blocked the program from running. I AM THE ADMIN!

Try right-clicking the setup.exe file and choose Run as administrator from the menu...
