Hi madloo08,

Your system has two memory slots and the maximum memory that you can upgrade to is 4 GB. In order to upgrade, you can put a 2 GB memory stick in each of the slots. Here is the link to upgrade the memory on your system: http://dell.to/Rrxgt4

Please reply for any further questions.

Hi madloo08,

You are correct; you will need to purchase two 2 GB memory sticks in order to upgrade to 4 GB. The memory shipped with your system is 667 MHz SODIMM DDR2. However, the motherboard has a maximum capacity of 800 MHz.

Please reply for any clarification.
