Microsoft Word and Excel
My laptop was giving me problems so I put back to factory setting put my Microsoft Word and Excel is gone.
I purchased it through Dell but never received a disc in the mail just got a confirmation number and downloaded via internet.
How do I download it again if I don't have the old confirmation number?

You need the MPI card:

If you have lost the MPI card you have lost office and need to call Dell Technical Support to see if you can get a replacement key.
Its a shame that you never posted before restoring factory settings as you could have obtained the key with a key finder.
