Yes, I use it. I had used Money since about 2001 and wanted to be able to continue to do so with Windows 7. I have never downloaded account info anyway, but I believe that is no longer supported in the version... Otherwise, it is pretty much the same old program.
Yes, I use the sunset version. Accounting information can be loaded, but has to be initiated from your on-line banking software and your bank has to have Money as one of the listed software packages it can download to. There is no good reason yet to stop using it as it still working fine and downloads can still be made manualy
