Maybe your CD is scratched or dirty. Try cleaning it and see if it works.I see that you sneaked in a reply to yourself just as I was posting mine.:smileytongue:
Have you tried googling that error message to see if anyone has encountered it?

I did see 2 Proj files in the folder (D:\pfiles\msoffice\sbt\sbfm\anatools\projwlz\proj.xlt) but i could not check the extenxtion. I think one was .xls the othere is .exe because when I swtiched to details view in folder one had application on it. It's just weird because the Office 2000 installed on my WinME OS but not on my other 2 WinXP computer. Oh, BTW, its not an Office 2003, its an Office 2000. I know its backward compatible because it was previously installed in my XP machines.

If your computer can't read the source disk:
Either your CD is damaged (whether or not you can see any damage) or the CD drive is not reading the CD correctly. Try copying the CD to a drive on a different computer. This way, you can determine whether the problem is with the CD or with your drive. If the CD is the problem, you might try contacting Microsoft for a replacement, but the odds are slim :smileysad: .
