MS Outlook 2003 Conflict

I have installed Microsoft Outlook 2003 as part of Office 2003.  Upon opening Outlook, after a few seconds of the program opening the following message appears:

"A recently installed program may cause Microsoft Office or other e-mail-enabled programs to function improperly. Outlook can resolve this conflict without affecting the program that originally caused the problem. Do you want Outlook to resolve this problem?"

I reply OK and Outlook attempts to fix the problem, then the following message appears:

Outlook was unable to resolve the conflict between a recently installed program and Microsoft Office or other e-mail-enabled programs. Outlook needs to modify a system component that another program is currently using. To fix this problem, please restart Windows.

I restart windows and on restart before Windows has opened the following message appears headed:

fixmapi.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point WNetEnumCachedPasswords could not be located in the dynamic link library MPR.dll.

If I open Outlook again the messages appear again.  If I do not open Outlook then I receive none of the error messages.  Other than this Outlook and Windows works perfectly.

I would be grateful if anybody has any ideas of how to sort this.

Software I have installed includes

Office 2003 Professional

F Secure Anti Virus (tried removing -still has error)

MusicMatch Jukebox

Microsoft Encarta

Microsoft Autoroute

MSN Messenger

Adobe Premiere Pro

Itunes

Thanks for your help,

Regards,

Matthew Hoyland
