Until yesterday my MS word 2003 was working fine. Today I went to open it and it just opened up to the first MS word 2003 small business edition box and froze on the screen. It doesn't show up as a running task in the task box when I go to shut it down, the rest of my computer works fine, but the computer will not shut down properly (I have to pull the battery out) with this program frozen and what looks like inaccessible! If I pull the battery and reboot, then try to open MS word again, it offers to open in safe mode only.  I have already re-installed and it said it was successful. All of my other MS office programs are working fine. Please help me fix this problem, I have no idea where it came from!
