MS Works Suite 2001 EULA

I have a desktop dimension 8200 I purchased 2.5 years ago. It came with windows Me and a free upgrade to XP. I was leary about installing the XP until last month. I upgraded and everything went fine except for the Works Suite. Whenever I click on it I get a dialogue box that says I have not selected the EULA and it can not open it. It also says to reinstall the software if I am getting this message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the complete suite twice with no success. Has anyone else ran into this? the suite worked fine when I was running Me. Any suggestions on accessing the EULA to accept without having to reinstall?
