my dell download not working
I had to reinstall windows 8.1 as my system kept restarting
Now MS Office 2013 and mcafee have disappeared
I can not connect to My dell downloads to reinstall
Keeps stopping at this page:
https://smartsource.dell.com/web/UserForms/RegisterSystem.aspx
I am logged in to my account and my laptop is registered (inspiron 17R)
No Events found!

I was having the same issue after upgrading to an SSD on my Inspiron 17 7737. I spent untold hours researching Google looking for the answer to no avail. Finally I called Dell and the Dell Tech was able to resolve the problem very quickly by doing the following;
Make sure to add *.dell.com to your safe sites in Internet Explorer, turn off your pop-up blocker and make sure to update Adobe Flash.
Once he did the above, it registered the new system and I was able to download the software.
