Need to re-install Word 2010 on different computer

My old computer was fried in a power surge.  The replacement computer is the same make and model, but Word isn't on it.  

I have the Product Key for Microsoft Office 2010.  Microsoft gave me a long web address which didn't bring up a download site.  They gave me a number for the Chat, but I really would just like to find the download website.
