Nero 2016 Classic install is not working????

I have attempted to install Nero 2016 Classic nut I am having a problem.  I get the box that says "  Nero Mediaiome has stopped working"  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.  I am running Windows 10      on a new computer- XPS 8900.  Need help what do you suggest ?.  I have since uninstalled Nero
