slwiser1,
Hi, I have the same problem.  My ship date on my e1505 was 12/20/06 and no sign of Office 2007.  I got to a WEB site which was supposed to show status but it didn't.  It would be nice to be given some information, wouldn't it?
Thanks, Jim

Good Morning,
The link worked for me.  When I entered my numbers, I got a screen that said my COA was validated.  But, it didn't give me a ship date or a way bill number.  What does that mean?
Thanks, Jim

I still have not heard anything about my upgrade. One would think that Dell would be able to deal with this sort of thing, but I guess not. I can't even use the site that people have so nicely above sent me to since it does not work for me. If you notice the link appears incomplete. Does Dell have any intention of completing this order? Can you call your salesperson?  Maybe he/she could help?

I have been trying to upgrade my microsoft office 2003 to 2007 since 2 feb 2007, I got the confirmation email and emailled them back a copy of my invoice.

THis week I then emailled them again to find out what was happening as it was now over the 6 week timescale and sent them a copy of the invoice again. Only to receive an email back saying that they couldn't open .DOC files (don't they have word on there computers!!!) They wanted it in JPEG format so had to take a picture of it as DELL have protected the invoice with a password!!!

Hopefully I should now receive my copy of office 2007
