Office 2010 Pro install problem on Inspiron 3000/Win 10
Brand new Inspiron 3000. Did Windows update then tried to install new, legit Office 2010 Pro. The green progress bar got to the end but the job didn't complete/no button available so had to cancel by closing the dialog. Tried again after disabling McAfee real time protection and the print spooler service - same problem.
Then uninstalled Office 2007 Pro from another laptop to attempt install on the new one. Same problem.
Thoughts?

What are you using to install Office--disk or download? If you are installing Office OEM copy that came on another computer, it will not install. See this Office site to install a newly purchased Office or one that came with the new computer-- products.office.com/.../download-back-up-restore-microsoft-office-products

Paid-for download. I've sorted it, thanks. Clean boot didn't work but complete removal of McAfee (including the MCPR tool) did.
