Office Professional 2013 Reinstall

My installation of Microsoft Office Professional 2013, which came loaded on my computer at the time of purchase, recently became corrupted during an update. I followed the microsoft instructions on removing and reinstalling the software, and when I entered the software key provided by Dell, it showed the license was for Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013. That was the only version I was allowed to download frfom Microsoft. Why was the key for a different version than the one I purchased and how can I obtain the version I purchased?
