OS recovery tool ISO error

Hi, I am trying to recover from a dead hard drive using the OS recovery tool but it's useless. even when run as administrator it gives this error over and over again:

"Sorry. An error occurred while extracting image file W52RRA05_W1010x64ROW_pro.iso. Please check the file and try again"

i can't find the ISO anywhere on my HDD to try to use Rufus.
