outlook '03 -BCM history
Every so often my business / account history for all contacts/accounts in BCM switches over to showing my inbox, as opposed to all contacts/history with that particulay contact. This has happened several times. Each time it has corrected itself, but I am not able to identify what corrects it. Any suggestions? Thanks

Trying to do too much at once ... read my previous post ... not very clear. In BCM when you open a contact at the bottom there is a section 'business contact history' which shows all e-mails, letters, appointments, etc. you have had with that particular contact. Every so often my changes and I see the contents of my inbox instead of history. Thanks
