Outlook 2003, Rich text goes plain text
I have entered all Outlook options for Rich text. I compose new mail in Rich text and send it out including myself. The Sent Out box displays the message in Rich text, but everybody and myself receive the message in plain text. Why?

I have Outlook 2000 and in the Tools/Options/Mail format there is an option to send messages in Rich Text, HTML or Plain Text.

Sergiu:
You can proably fix that by going to tools->options->mail format->message format-> and change it to rtf format and then hit apply

What is 'rtf' ? Message format offers only Rich text, HTML and Plain text.
Let me specify exactly what I have in Options > Mail Format and still it going plain text:
Mesage Format.
Compose in HTML (also tried Rich text)
checked Use MS Word 2003 to edir e-mail
checked Use MS Word 2003 to read Rich text
On top of the new e-mail message HTML is displayed as selected.
Thank you very much. Sergiu

Thank you for this additional tip, but it does not help. I'm really stuck with this. Any other idea? I hate to reinstall MSOffice Small Business 2003. Probably I will not be able to reinstall only Outlook.
By the way, I have W XP, Pack 2.
