outlook 2003 wms idle HELP
Can anyone out there tell me how to fix WMS idle error I can not shut down my computer without clicking end now. THis is a huge pain. I first appeared after i downloaded business contact manager for outlook 2003 update. i have removed same along with sql server but it didn't change anything. I don't want to remove outlook and lose all of my information, i have alot of info in there. Please help

Seems the fix is to go to msconfig and remove the NMBgMonitor enfry.
Windows XP -Start, Run, type msconfig and click OK.
Windows Vista - Windows key/R, type msconfig, click OK, then OK to allow permission.
In the Startup tab, look for and uncheck NMBgMonitor
Restart computer.
Note: If you don't have the NMBgMonitor let me know.

Thank you very much - this seems to have done the trick. I waited this long to respond as I wanted to see if it would bounce back to WMS idle as it has done in the past. You are the only one who has come up with a positive solution. again thank you
