Outlook Express printing problem

When I try to print an e-mail message, it prints in two different sizes. The header prints aprox 1/8 inch characters and the body of the message prints characters almost double that. None of the settings seem to do anything to change it.

I believe you are using Windows XP and IE6.0. To resolve the font size problem, adjust the font settings in Internet Explorer.

To change the font size in Internet Explorer to change the print size of
the emails, follow these steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to View menu -> Text Size.
3. Select the appropriate size from the drop-down menu.

The size in Outlook Express changes only the appearance (size)of the
screen fonts and NOT the print fonts.
