outlook warning A program is trying to access e-mail
I am receiving this message in Outlook everytime I open, reply, or FW an e-mail. A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? How can I stop this message from appearing. I have Outlook2002 and Norton System Works with Anti-spam and Live update. Please help

I did look at the article from microsoft, but do not understand what I am supposed to do or where to find out what program is causing this. I understood that it may be Outlook itself that is causing this problem. Is there any way to get instructions on how to check what program it is detecting and how to correct this problem. I would really appreciate any help I can get.

I was having the same problem, and found a fix for this. If you have Adobe Acrobat installed; it is the cause of the problem. Try this ........
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\PDFMOutlook.PDFMOutlook and change the LoadBehavior value from 3 to 2. Restart Outlook. The PDF functions will still be available in Word and the other Office programs.

I only received the same problem after installing Norton's AntiSPAM trial version. I am running Windows 2000 along with Outlook 2002 SP3. I wonder if this problem only occurs when running the Antispam with the Office SP3.
So is this a MS or Symantec bug to fix?
It is annoying to have to answer NO twice when confirming this email is SPAM.

On one of our computers we get this warning everytime a new email is received in the Inbox. Any ideas what might be causing this? The PDFMOutlook was not in the Outlook Addins in the registry, so that fix didn't work. I don't know if its even Acrobat related.
