Outlook XP Net Folders

I want to install Net Folders for Outlook XP. All instructions I can find seem like Outlook 2000. When I follow them I get no "Share" possibilities , menu selections are not there at all, when I select a folder. When I expand the Outlook tab during Office XP update, no Net Folders selection appears? I stumped, I hope not stupid, and overlooking something obvious.
