Purchased DELL PREMIUM backup software not working/no tech support
Hi, I have just upgraded my Windows 8 system to Dell backup and recovery to Premium. On the 3rd day of the upgrade the tiles do display properly, see scene shot bellow. I have uninstalled twice and re-installed twice, with the online/remote support from 2 Dell tech support consultants. The 2 re-installs lead to the same tile display problem on installation. Hi josh_melbourne,
It appears to be an issue with the Language settings.
Please uninstall the application and restart the system. Install the application again and change the language to English (United States) while installing the application.
Hope this helps. Please share the findings.
