Repeat netcard driver failures for OID_GEN_LINK_SPEED when using Outlook2003 or MSWord2003 ....

I'm a loyal Dell owner, and have purchased 3 units within the last 24 months.

Never had any major issues w/ the product until now. I'm continually experiencing "lockup" problems with my 2003 Outlook and Microsoft Word software. According to my events log, these lockups are serious issues.

Should I return the note book, and or call for onsite assistance? I've tried the online assistance, and have not yet corrected the problems.

The note book is a few months old, and contains significant amounts of my work data.

Your advise much appreciated, and to all of you, Happy New Year.
