Roxio

My laptop running windows 7 came with Roxio, I have not burned a dvd for months and months.

Roxio load many services at start ups.

How can I prevent it from loading anything at startup? Alternatively, if I uninstall Roxio and do need to burn something down the line, where can I download it again, or should I just use a free software like Winx DVD?
