Signature on word document
How can I scan my signature onto a file so I can regularly use in future documents.

To add to Denny's suggestion. Scan the picture, insert it into any Word document. Select the picture, then choose Insert AutoText, New from the menu. Give it a name (eg. sign) and, when you need it in a document, type sign, press F3 and it will be inserted.

Scan the signature then save it as a graphics file (*.gif or *.jpg). When you need it, insert it into your Word document (Insert|Picture|From file).
