You may try the following steps.

Drain the residual power from the laptop:

• Disconnect any external peripherals (flash drives, printers, external hard drives) from the computer
• Then remove the adapter and the battery
• Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds
• Reconnect the battery and the adapter
• Try to restart the computer and check

Try to run the Dell Diagnostics to check the hardware functionality. Power off the computer -> restart the computer, press 'F12' key on the Dell logo -> Select ‘Diagnostics’ from the boot menu. Please refer to the link if any error code shows up http://dell.to/17hZikk.

If you are unable to run the Diagnostics using the F12 key, try to press and hold the Fn key then press and the power button to initiate the Diagnostics.

i did all dose tings but its don't work .i have the same problem   PALES HELP   ME!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are able to access BIOS, try resetting BIOS settings to defaults.

• Power off the computer
• Restart the computer, tap ‘F2’ key on the Dell logo
• This will take you to the BIOS screen
• Press ‘F9’ key once, highlight ‘Yes’, press ‘Enter’
• Press ‘F10’ key once, highlight ‘Yes’, press ‘Enter’
• This will restart the computer. Check if the system boots to the desktop.

If the issue still persists, you may try to remove the hard drive (if you are comfortable), then try to reset BIOS to defaults again. Then install the hard drive back in the computer and restart the computer to check if the system boot up. Here is the service manual http://bit.ly/11R8yLX.
