Support Assist a Joke
I've downloaded 2 chipset drivers that support assist indicates needs update. After installation, I run the detect driver feature and the same 2 drivers are listed as needing to be updated. I've done the over and over for the past 2 weeks. Does anyone have info on how to clear this notification?

I have read the guide and it does not answer the question.
I have the identical issue. No matter how many times I update the same driver, Support Assist always tell me that there is the same driver needing update.
However if I instead use the Dell Detection Utility via:
www.dell.com/.../drivers
It tells me that all of my drivers are current and none needs updating which is the correct response
So indeed as the other fella above has stated, Support Assist is giving misinformation, why is it not accurate or in sync with the other method?
