Transfer files from windows 7 to 8
My windows 7 laptop is not starting. How do I transfer files from that computer to new computer windows 8?

Easiest way: Mount the drive in an external USB case (example below), plug it into the new system, and copy.
Unless the reason why Windows 7 won't load is a failed hard drive, that will take care of the issue.
