Web Cam Central Folder in My Documents

Question

I have been lokking into using the Dell Web Cam Central software and i noticed that it creates a folder in the My Documents Folder.

Since i have spent a great dela of time moving folders which are not mine ot of teh My Documents folder. This is the only one remaining.

I cannot find any place int he application which will allow me to configure where this folder sits.

Is there any way i can configure this app so that the folder sits somewhere else , such as at the top of my account like others do ?

Thanks for the suggestion, but since posting , i've had to rebuilt my laptop and decided not to use the web cam for the moment.   i think i'll try and mark this question as answered

Hi Rockface, Unfortunately, the default folder location to save pictures for Dell Webcam Central is within My documents. There are no settings to change it.

You could try using the 'subst' command, however I wouldn't do it.  Moving you home directories is tricky at best, and if not done right problematic.
