Where is my ordered microsoft 365 in digital locker?
Ordered this soft in June 4th Order Number: , and the status of order is available now. But I cannot find this product in digital locker. Even there is no Product tab in the locker. I am not sure if it arrived or it still needs a few days. Very FRUSTRATED as it cost much time to wait for a representative via CHAT and CALL. however, no one can help this simple request. EVEN an agent in CHAT team disconnected the connection only after a few seconds when I start to type. It cost me more than 15 min to get this connection. And another agent seems serving multiple customers so that I can not get answered. I cannot believe this is DELL where I Bought computers and accessories for 10 years.
OK, I do not want to complain more.
if still cannot find it two days later, I am gonna find a way to return it. Hope it won't cost a lot of time.
Does anyone has this funny experience?
