1610HD, HuddleCam HD camera

I have a Dell 1610HD Projector I'm using to stream recorded content to the internet via a HuddleCam HD camera. Stream works fine and looks fine when I point the HuddleCam at my TV....The internet broadcasts is clear and as you would expect. Pointing the camera at the white screen projecting my other video gets me thick but light horizontal coloured lines/bars scrolling slowly up through the video being broadcast. These are very transparent and do not interfere with the broadcast but it is annoying to the home internet users. Is there a way to correct this?
