3400MP, cycling

Our church's 3400mp suddenly shuts down as it cycles up then a minute later will start back up then shut down again....any suggestions or solutions?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

Try the Factory Reset–Select Yes to reset the projector to its factory default settings. Reset items include both computer sources and video source settings.

Thank you Jesse...I couldn't see the screen to set reset..it wouldn't stay on long enough....BUT I went in and reseated the ribbon wire and that did the trick!

I have a few 3400 MP projectors that display the low lamp indicator and when I replace the lamp, nothing is displayed so I cannot go in a reset the menu but I was wondering how you "reseated the ribbon wire?"
