We had a 3400MP on a client site and it was reported that something had 'blown' and the projector stopped working.

Can't be entirely sure of what happened as the client is sketchy about the details, but when we got it back, the light at the front wouldn't come on and something is rattling inside the projector. I suspect it might be a blown bulb, and we do have a spare, but I wanted to check before we go digging inside the projector.
