4610X, reset admin password

Question

I am trying to rest the admin password when logging in to the web interface for the Dell 4610x projector. I don´t remember setting it, but it is not accepting the default password when I try to log in. Have tried to reset to factory settings, but that did not reset everything like the SSID and the admin password. Hoping there is a button combination I can push to do a real factory restore or something like that. As it is now, I can't change the SSID nor set the password for the WiFi Login. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW the only thing the manual tells you how to do is change the password after you have successfully logged in with the default password. Thanks

I also and looking for the answer to this. Has anyone got a clue as to how to do this?? Surely after another 12 months there has been someone who has a solution??
