I was learning the menus and in the screen where you can setup a custom splash screen I set it to custom.  The unit went into a screen capture but could not seem to complete ??

Now when I try to navigate the custom preferences I cannot seem to make it go back to the default DELL screen, every time I try to choose that it goes into a screen capture but does not come back out of it ??

I have even done a FACTORY reset and still cannot go back to the default DELL screen.

 

Can you help me figure out how to do this??

 

My only thought is that because it could not complete a capture it is stuck in this mode??
