Do you mean the PgUp / PgDn buttons? I believe that they only work under the presentation mode -- a silly design, eh? They should have made those two function as normal page up/down buttons. :smileytongue:

Thank you for responding to my query. What do you mean by 'presentation mode'? I see no such setting on the 4100 projector. In Powerpoint there is a 'slide show' View mode but even when in that mode, the page up page down keys on the 4100 remote control do not advance the slides. I'd appreciate any clarification that you may have. Thanks again.

View > Slide Show is what I meant by the presentation mode. Are you using the M1-A to D-sub/USB cable? Is the USB connector from the M1-A cable plugged into your laptop?

It worked when I did 2 things:

 

1) I plugged into the laptop both the USB jack as well as the multi-pin connector (I used to use the multi-pin connector only in the past).

2) I put the AV - PC switch on the projector remote control on the PC setting.
