Hi brian_choo,
According to the specifications of the 2300MP, see http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/acc/2300MP/en/specs.htm , the projector will work from
so I don't think you need a converter.
NB: I don't work for Dell, and I live in the UK, but as an electronics engineer this is my reading of the specs. However, caveat emptor.

Power Supply Universal 100-240V AC 50-60Hz with PFC inputso I don't think you need a converter.
