TV Hookup

We are new to the projector world. We recently purchased a 3400mp projector. We are having trouble hooking the cable to the projector. We have called dell help twice and they can give us no answers. Football and hockey season are fast approaching and we would like to get it set up. Can you help? We have the dvd hooked to the projector with a s-video cable.

    shabrooks1,

The coax (audio & video) goes to the DVD player. Use the audio & svidio out on the DVD into the projector (#2 and #5):

I've hooked up a VCR and the results were not pleasing. The projector was skipping frames, so one moment the ball was in a players hand and then the ball was received by another player, without ever seeing the throw.

The projector was hick-up-ing. Will ask about that in a separate post.

Ok, I found the problem. Keystone correction apparently takes a lot of processing power and if activated it might be to slow to correct quick changing frames, which causes the freezing effect. Solution: put the projector on higher ground so you won't need keystone correction.
