Gold Partner Support - Training

Please help me, I feel like I am going mad with the Dell training - it just seems to loop round and round. We are an existing Dell Gold Partner, but have just received an email asking us to do more training before the end of Jan. But when I enter the partner academy, it doesn't specify what course(s) are needed. We dont have a number to call, a simple 5 min conversation would sort this out!

Thanks for sharing this. Since you’re already a Dell Gold Partner, the additional training requirement is likely tied to a specific competency or renewal cycle.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Log in to Partner Academy and check the Training Requirements section under your company profile. It usually lists pending courses.
  2. Review any competency badges marked “In Progress” or “Expiring Soon”, those often indicate what’s needed.
  3. If it’s still unclear, use the Partner Helpdesk option in the Partner Portal for quick clarification.

Hi @Nels01 

we all (i am a partner also) get this message. It the normal "cheer up!" because its a fixed day and very important for us.

But youre looking on the wrong side now.  Please visit your "ProgramTracker" which is linked in your partner portal ->Benefits? .  The ProgramTracker contains also the Traning requirements and a matrix of the compentencies. It will show you whats left and which person already solved the test.

There is a "wizard" which can create a traninings plan based on the info which person needes the shortest time to meet the competency requirements.

Than you go to the partner academy and choose your tracks.
