Hi David, if this is the first EMC Proven Professional exam you are sitting for, you will not yet have an EMCID and you should select "No, I do not know my EMC ID". If you have taken an EMC Proven exam previously, you might know this as your CertTracker ID.
If you believe you have an EMCID but cannot remember what it is, you can recover it by:
Click on Forgot your password or CertTracker EMCID?
Search by either your email address or a recent exam score report
If that does not work, feel free to contact us at http://emc.force.com/EducationSupport, selecting EMC Proven Professional Support from the Case Sub Type menu for fastest resolution.
