Same for me. I did some research and picked up a few of the Server Interface Pods (SIPs) new from Dell. I am also looking for the software that a remote client would run; I'm keeping my ears open here -

Under the Support Downloads home page for the 2161DS.

Under the Select Your Download Category drop down, choose ALL. Select your OS.

On the next page under Select a Device, select the link under Firmware. You should find what you need near the bottom of the next page.
