I have a 2161DS-2 doesn't seem be be working.

 

I have a monitor, USB keyboard, and mouse connected locally. The monitor does not go into standby mode, it stays active like it is receiving a signal. I am unable to get the OSCAR menu to shop up with PrintScreen. If i reboot the KVM, nothing shows up on the screen.

 

I can connect to the KVM remotely with the Remote console switch software. I can see the online SIPs, but when I connect to video, I just get a green screen that says No Signal. The resolution is at or below 1280x768 on the PC connected.

 

Any ideas?
